I think I may have perfected the proportions in my kale kale/banana/apple shake. 2014 is going to be an awesome year, clearly.

  1. Try adding some protein in there. Nuts, seeds, etc. Just fruit is good in the morning or as a snack, but I hope you are not replacing meals with it.
