Maxalt (rizatriptan) is as useless as expected. It only works after 30-60 minutes after which my attack is already over.
Ear Muffs
Today I got to use my new ear muffs and I really needed them! Jesus it was cold. Last week was nice and warm — that one week we always get in order for us to get our hopes up just before winter sucker punches us — and now I was ready for the sucker punch! Ha! Take that Winter!
Fell Off the Wagon
Every time I’ve had a few pain free days that end in an attack I feel like I fell off the wagon. Today is day one of my sobriety.
