Ernesto Hoost is a Dutch fighter, who became three-time K1 champion, and is considered a God among the Japanese. He’s the tall black guy in the video. He also happens to be from the town that I grew up in, and is the sometime sparring partner of my kung fu teacher.
My father use to box at the same place Ernesto trained. The teacher would make all the students line up and take a hit to the stomach from Ernesto Hoost once. My dad is really proud he can say “I got knocked out and puked because of Ernesto Hoost” :)
