That’s a movie scene. It’s staged. No proof whatsoever. :)
I know, it’s from [i]Never Back Down[/i], and while that’s an awful movie, I completely support the sentiment.
So do I. I like Capoeira, but not for fighting. A backflip is just not handy one someone is fighting. :)
