I had a pain free day today, which was good. The only downside of having a pain free day is that all throughout the day I’m feeling tense and I’m dreading what feels like the inevitable. By the end of my work day, I felt secure enough to go training, which was good. Unfortunately I didn’t have that much energy, but I felt good for coming out the other end of the training. I came home, ate clean (a whole broccoli and a bunch of celery I still had laying around) and I’m planning on going to sleep early. Hopefully I’ll be able to extend my pain free streak.
